Vision

Vision coverage is offered through Guardian. The vision plans are built around a network of eye care providers, with better benefits at a lower cost to you when you use providers who belong to the VSP network. When you use an out-of-network provider, you will have to pay more for vision services.

Eye exams are a great way to keep tabs on what is happening in your body. Your eyes are the only place in your body that provide a clear view of your blood vessels, arteries, and a cranial nerve, which can tell your doctor a lot about your overall health.

How to Get Your ID Card
  1. Visit guardianlife.com.
  2. Select “Login/Register” in the top, right corner of the page.
  3. Register your account if you have not already.
  4. Select the View ID Card link on your home page.
    Find a Vision Provider
    • Select Find a vision provider in the top part of the screen.
    • On the Select Your Vision Plan list, choose “VSP”.
    • Search by either location, office, or doctor!
      Guardian Account Access
      • Access the Guardian website at guardianlife.com.
      • You will be brought to a sign in page.
      • If it is your first time logging in, you will need to create an account. Select Register.
      • Enter your email address and select Continue.
      • Complete a few questions to create your account.
      • If you already have a Guardian account, enter your email and password to login.
